This makes PCI a company that sells and supports Shell Solar products. This is PCI's first step into the solar market and support services. Pioneer Controls Website is Established May 8, 2003 -- Pioneer Controls, Inc. (PCI) establishes their website. The site will be continually updated and upgraded. We intend to become a Distributorship for all components necessary to build the systems we design, install and maintain for our clientele.
